The roles are reversed on “Eko” after previously linking up on Blaqbonez’s own project, as Nigerian artist TML Vibez welcomes Blaqbonez on A Street Kid’s Diary (Disc 2).
The pair partnered up earlier this year in 2026 for “FINE SHYT” which was featured on Blaqbonez’s No Excuses Deluxe. Now, TML Vibez takes the lead as Blaqbonez shifts his focus to his album campaign with their reunion.
Godomarr handles the production here, which provides the collaboration with an Afrobeats foundation where TML Vibez’s melodic delivery and Blaqbonez’s rap instincts can coexist within the same record without either approach feeling out of place.
A second collaboration in the same year demonstrates that the creative connection runs deeper than a single studio session. The two musicians have also kept 2026 runs prominent, which has helped the single reach audiences throughout modern Afrobeats and Nigerian hip-hop.
“Eko” is now accessible on all major digital streaming platforms. Refer to the partnership and let us know what you think below.
