Nigerian Afrobeats star Kizz Daniel is gearing up for another major release with his forthcoming body of work, “Radio Gidi.”
The project is officially scheduled to arrive on October 16, 2026, giving Nigerian music fans something new to look forward to as the Afrobeats singer continues an active year of music. Kizz Daniel confirmed the release alongside a 12-track lineup packed with both Nigerian and international collaborators.
The guest list includes FOLA, Young Jonn, Krizbeatz, Wave Choir, Mannywellz, Kunmie, Qing Madi, Jahmiel, Tinie Tempah, Shatta Wale, Seyi Vibez and BNXN, highlighting the wide musical range expected from the record.
A Strong Mix of Collaborations
One of the standout pairings on the tracklist is “Taba”, which features Seyi Vibez and BNXN. The song reunites three prominent Nigerian voices and is positioned as the closing track on the 12-song set.
“Owo Oluwa” brings together Young Jonn, Krizbeatz and Wave Choir, while “Area Code” features Mannywellz and Kunmie. Elsewhere, Qing Madi and Jahmiel appear on “Enough,” and Ghanaian dancehall star Shatta Wale joins Kizz Daniel on “Te Amo.”
British rapper Tinie Tempah also makes an appearance on “Brown Paper Bag,” adding another international connection to the tracklist.
Kizz Daniel Continues to Show His Versatility
Alongside the collaborations, Kizz Daniel also leaves room for solo records such as “48hrs,” “In the Shower,” “Forever (Can I),” “ABD” and “December.” This balance gives him space to showcase his own vocal style while still experimenting with different artists and sounds.
Over the years, Kizz Daniel has established himself as one of Afrobeats’ most consistent hitmakers, building a catalogue that includes popular records such as “Buga,” “Cough (Odo),” “Twe Twe” and “Lie.”
His strength has always been his ability to combine memorable melodies with simple, catchy songwriting, and the upcoming release appears ready to continue that formula while introducing new collaborations and musical influences.
What Fans Can Expect
With artists from Nigeria, Ghana, Jamaica and the United Kingdom involved, the record is expected to blend different sounds while remaining rooted in Kizz Daniel’s familiar Afrobeats and Afropop style.
As the October 16 release date draws closer, attention is likely to increase around tracks such as “Lost Time,” “Brown Paper Bag,” “Te Amo” and “Taba,” especially given the range of guest appearances attached to them.
Radio Gidi is shaping up to be another important chapter in Kizz Daniel’s career, combining familiar strengths with a broader collaborative direction and giving fans another reason to anticipate what he delivers next.
