THE WORST is a studio project that makes a strong statement on the music scene by fast-rising Nigerian producer, sound architect, and artist SSSoundGawd, who is aggressive and genre-blending.
This hard-hitting body of work comes just when street-hop listeners, hip-hop heads, and Afro-fusion enthusiasts are hungry for well-rounded compilations that find the middle ground between dark, atmospheric bounces and genuine street swagger. SSSoundGawd has carved out his own lane in today’s music scene with his unique low-register cadences and precise studio work.
The sound architect crafts a powerful, mid-tempo sonic world driven by hammering 808 kick drums, sliding sub-basslines, and sharp hi-hat rolls. Adding to the musical heft of the project are dynamic guest features, including indigenous rap titan Jeriq on “EGO” and Loony Q on “Presido” to bring various vocal textures.
SSSoundGawd powers the tracklist with his trademark baritone voice, disciplined breath control, and relaxed flows. So the writing is focused on financial uplift, street awareness, and luxurious living.
