Organic Roots is the 7th song of the Club Controller project by the South African singer Abidoza. It’s a late entry on an eight-track journey, so there’s a certain intention to where this falls in the flow of the album, which is planned for release in 2026.
It’s a little, carefully chosen piece from the wider work that conveys the artist’s desire to stay focused and precise in a short editorial form. The placement of Organic Roots indicates a crucial point, marking the project’s move toward its end.
The South African context of Abidoza also adds to the uniqueness of the project, rooting the sound in a specific cultural environment. As a part of Club Controller, the tune adds to the broader story told over the eight pieces.
