“Kwaito” is the ninth track on the new album “Grootman Series II” by South African rapper Kota Embassy. This is a 12-track project, and this release has Dj Mremz, Ivy Beatz, and Goitse Levati putting their own touch to the composition.
The major addition to the album is Kwaito, released in 2026, and this collaboration provides the wider setting. This collaboration is a meeting of talents that molds the sound and structure of this specific piece of work and is a voice for the current South African music landscape.
The CD is called Grootman Series II, with the song as track no. 9. Due to the contribution of the participating artists, the song is layered. The project is an instance of the targeted effort Kota Embassy undertook during this period.
