Veteran Nigerian Afrobeats singer-songwriter and DMW leader Davido has joined forces with renowned American gospel singer, songwriter, and producer Kirk Franklin to drop a brand-new amazing song named “Hope In You.”
Portable’s unbridled enthusiasm meets DJ Consequence’s talent for creating irresistible tracks that shock sound systems across local nightlife venues.
The sound producer lays down a snappy, mid-tempo Afro-fusion rhythm powered by slamming bass kicks, crisp percussion shakers and synchronized snare rolls. Thick bassline rolls behind some delicate synth stabs, maintaining the bounce while providing plenty of opportunity for vocal hype.
Portable leads the record with his typical forceful flow and funny street language. He tells listeners to hustle hard and check their alert.
