Emerging Ghanaian musical artist and engaging storyteller Dikoo takes a giant leap to the music forefront with his irresistible rhythm-laden solo single, “Ahosepe.”
This bright CD comes at a time when West African Afro-fusion aficionados and street-pop fans are looking for joyful, dance-ready choruses that celebrate joy, social freedom, and the energy of community. He channels the euphoria of the body and the liberty of the dancefloor into an unyielding anthem about letting go.
The sound architect crafts a bright, mid-tempo environment underpinned by banging kick drums, snappy percussion shakers, and a fluid, rolling bassline. Warm melodic synth lines hover over the groove, keeping the bounce alive without overfilling the arrangement.
Dikoo takes the mike with his familiar rich register, strong cadences, and seasoned delivery.
