Ghanaian recording artist and 2Hype Gang figure Showbezzy has released a furious and powerful street-hop hit named “Ajagurajah” off his studio album Lonely at the Top.
The audacity of this release could not come at a better time for West African street-pop fans craving hard-hitting, spiritual-themed tracks that are full of raw humor and unshakable confidence. Showbezzy steals a leaf from the book of the famous spiritual leader and preacher with a street statement piece about exercising spiritual authority, deflecting envious traps, and being untouchable on the streets.
Behind the boards, the sound architect creates a joyful mid-tempo soundscape, anchored by hammering kick drums, sharp hi-hat rolls, and deep sub-bass lines. The pristine sound engineering leaves plenty of breathing room in the mix, hitting every sharp bar and ad-lib with maximum power.
Showbezzy guides the record with his distinctive textured rasp and authoritative delivery while throwing catchy refrains that keep listeners engaged.
