SovT Music is back with a new song, “Hidden Situations” from the rapidly emerging vocal act currently available for fans.
The music is a melodious, very pensive composition for peaceful listening. It’s a mood thing more than a tempo thing, so the arrangement remains gentle and the vocal does the heavy lifting. The record’s tone is evident from the first listen, though release notes included no data about authorship or production credits.
SovT Music comes in here as a passionate, melodic storyteller with a soul-bearing performance. “Hidden Situations” finds the artist treading on vulnerable territory, which is indeed for the listening public in search of honest introspective afro-fusion.
It is timely because the industry is looking for high-tempo escapism at the moment. So a slow reflected cut instead of blending in makes a difference. It’s for late-night drives and headphone hours.
