Testimony Jaga, a street-gospel preacher and Nigerian gospel musician, released “HOLY” on 31 July, rounding out a year in which he has moved between praise-driven albums and worship-focused work.
The song speaks about God’s reverence using the English and Yoruba phrases and constantly proclaiming His sanctity and magnificence. Eroomi Akintunde contributes to the worship session, adding a collaborative vocal presence to the record. This follows “FADL (FAVOUR),” Testimony Jaga’s last solo single.
The framework allows the worship performance room to evolve rather than simply follow the tight form of a radio single. It maintains its religious direction through repetitive pronouncements and Yoruba praise expressions. Both voices contribute to the continuous advancement.
The record has now charted on Nigerian gospel charts, boosting its prominence beyond the existing fan base of Testimony Jaga. The worship-led approach also gives a new dimension to a catalog known for mixing the gospel ministry with modern Nigerian influences.
“HOLY” is now streaming on all major digital platforms. Check out the cooperation and let us know what you think in the comments.
