“Radio” finishes up the 16-track A Street Kid’s Diary (Disc 2) with Nigerian artist TML Vibez having the final say on the second chapter of his diary-themed album series.
The project itself follows a year of increased recognition for TML Vibez, with collaborations alongside Victony, Blaqbonez, Lasmid, Ayo Maff, Shoday, and Mavo, as well as solo tracks that have reinforced his repertoire.
Badass handles the production on the closer, providing TML Vibez with a new production partner compared to most of the other recurrent names on the album, while keeping the song within the wider Afrobeats setting of the project.
Another huge project completed just goes to show how rapidly his catalog has expanded since the breakout period around “Goated.” Disk 2 takes him further into album-sized territory, and “Radio” caps that off after sixteen records built around his current sound and collabs.
The single and whole album are available on all major digital streaming platforms. Check out the project and let us know your opinions in the comments section below.
