“ZUCIYA” is a new recording by Nigerian Hausa-language singer UMAR MB, released in October 2026, with an official music video made by Sir Zeesu.
The song is a follow-up to his August hit “ANINI,” as he continues with his current recording endeavors in Northern Nigeria’s music scene. The title translates to “heart” in Hausa, the language through which the artist has formed much of his musical identity and connected with his fans.
The accompanying song video, featuring Aisha Soba and Kama S Fulani, provides a visual presentation alongside the aural release. Actor Ali Nuhu was also involved in publicizing the premiere and attempting to raise notice to the new recording.
This is a different 2026 release from Umar MB’s prior song of the same name from his 2024 EP RUHI. The recent recording has an audience given the known following he has in the Hausa music world, especially for those familiar with his previous work.
The new song is now accessible for digital music platforms to listen to. Listen and let us know what you think in the comments below.
