Nigerian gospel singer, songwriter and worship leader, Victoria Orenze, collaborates with Dunsin Oyekan on “Eyi Mi Lenu,” another track from her “Just Believe” project. Dunsin Oyekan comes into the mix, lending his own diverse gospel presence to provide true dimension to the duet.
Since her breakout on Nathaniel Bassey’s “Alagbada Ina” back in 2017, Victoria Orenze has established her ministry on soulful worship and this project keeps exhibiting that trend. The presence of Dunsin Oyekan on “Eyi Mi Lenu” adds to the spiritual dimension of the album. Their combination is yet another excellent collaborative pattern throughout “Just Believe.
The production is soulful and worship-centric throughout, crafted to enhance authentic worship rather than upstage it. Here nothing is hurried to snatch an easy catch before the bait takes effect. Instead, the structure allows for actual conviction to sink in. She seems quite committed to the message that she’s established this project around.
Dunsin Oyekan comes in next, bringing his established gospel ministry to the cooperation. The chemistry between them is continuous throughout. It serves as a highlight to the larger project, “Just Believe,” that she is working on.
