After releasing the single Heart Figures in May, Nigerian artist Tega Boi DC releases “eyes & soul” from his October 2026 EP SOL. Out now via Plutomania Records.
The song arrives amid a year where the artist has kept up his musical output with individual singles and smaller projects. His last release was “Issue Of Funds” and “Methusela”, which is part of a collection oscillating between personal experiences and modern Nigerian pop.
Tega Boi DC has established his music identity on the foundation of Afrosounds and often fuses melodic singing with conversational expressions prevalent in Nigerian street music. His previous records show a willingness to tackle wide-ranging subject matter while still maintaining his identifiable vocal identity.
The Benin City artist has continued to grow his audience with releases like Grooves and Moves, after his Introduction EP brought him to the masses. That developing catalog provides a good platform for the reception of his recent material.
The song is now accessible on all the major digital streaming platforms. Listen and tell me what you think in the comments below.
